About WinRFQ

WinRFQ is a business-to-business technology platform designed to simplify the sourcing of IT hardware, networking equipment, servers, storage systems and data center infrastructure. We bring businesses looking to purchase IT hardware together with independent resellers, distributors and suppliers who are interested in responding to their purchasing requirements. Our purpose is straightforward: make it easier for buyers to communicate their requirements, receive competing quotations and compare supplier offers in one organized place.

WinRFQ connects buyers and sellers. The buyers and sellers are solely responsible for conducting and completing their transactions with each other.

What We Do

Traditional IT hardware procurement can involve contacting multiple vendors, repeatedly submitting the same bill of materials, waiting for quotations in different formats and manually comparing prices, availability, delivery estimates and warranty information. WinRFQ provides a centralized digital platform through which:

• Buyers can publish requests for quotations (RFQs) describing their required hardware, part numbers, quantities, conditions and other specifications.
• Suppliers can discover relevant purchasing opportunities and independently submit quotations.
• Buyers can compare submitted offers, including quoted prices, stock status, estimated lead times and warranty information provided by suppliers.
• Buyers and suppliers can use the platform's available communication and recordkeeping features to evaluate potential business opportunities.

Our technology is intended to make the initial sourcing and quotation process more organized, efficient and transparent.

What WinRFQ Does Not Do

It is equally important to understand what WinRFQ is not. WinRFQ is not:

• A manufacturer, distributor, reseller or seller of IT hardware.
• A purchasing agent or procurement representative for buyers.
• A sales agent, broker or representative for suppliers.
• An importer, exporter, shipping company or logistics provider.
• A payment processor, escrow provider or financial intermediary for buyer-seller hardware transactions.
• A guarantor of the financial standing, conduct, performance or contractual obligations of any buyer or supplier.
• A product inspection, certification or quality-assurance company.

WinRFQ does not purchase, own, stock, warehouse, inspect, package, ship, deliver or take title to hardware offered by suppliers. We do not determine the final commercial terms between buyers and suppliers, collect hardware purchase payments, distribute hardware transaction proceeds or guarantee the completion of an order.

Independent Business Relationships

Every buyer and supplier using WinRFQ acts independently and is responsible for its own business decisions and conduct. When a buyer and supplier communicate, negotiate, accept a quotation, issue a purchase order, enter into an agreement or otherwise proceed with a transaction, their commercial relationship is directly between them. The buyer and supplier are independently responsible for:

• Confirming the identity and authority of the other party.
• Conducting appropriate commercial and financial due diligence.
• Confirming product specifications, authenticity, condition and compatibility.
• Verifying stock availability and delivery commitments.
• Agreeing on prices, taxes, payment methods and payment terms.
• Confirming warranty coverage, returns and support arrangements.
• Arranging shipping, insurance, customs clearance and delivery.
• Resolving any disagreement, breach, loss or dispute arising from their transaction.

WinRFQ does not become a party to a buyer-seller agreement merely because a quotation was submitted, compared, selected or awarded through the platform.

Supplier Verification and Marketplace Integrity

We understand that trust is important in business procurement. WinRFQ may conduct reviews of suppliers using documentation and information such as:

• Business incorporation or registration documents.
• Reseller certificates and relevant business authorizations.
• IRS Form W-9, where applicable.
• Business websites, contact details and publicly available business information.
• Other documents or information that WinRFQ considers relevant to its verification process.

A supplier may receive a verification status or badge after completing the applicable review. However, verification is not a certification, financial guarantee, performance bond or assurance that the supplier will fulfill every commitment. Documentation may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or subsequently changed. A verified supplier may still fail to deliver, provide defective or incorrectly described equipment, breach an agreement or become insolvent. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before entering into a transaction.

The commercial decisions and responsibilities, however, remain with the businesses that choose to work together.
